JOB DESCRIPTION Senior HR Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Executive with an MBA in HR and 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, induction, onboarding, payroll processing, training and development. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience with KEKA HR or similar HR tools. Knowledge of HR-related statutory compliances will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Induction and Onboarding:
Develop and implement effective induction and onboarding programs to facilitate new employees' integration into the organization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Payroll processing:
Timely Processing of staff payroll using the KEKA HR tool.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies, with a focus on ESI, EPF, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to statutory compliance.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) in HR or related field.
3-5 years of experience in the HR domain, with a focus on recruitment, induction, onboarding and T&D.
Hands-on experience in KEKA HR or similar HR tools.
Experience in employee life cycle management from recruitment to retirement including payroll processing.
Strong analytical, communication, drafting, persuasion, negotiation, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, relationship-building, and listening skills.
