- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and sustaining profitable relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools/systems.
Eg: Ms excel, Ms powerpoint, Google spreadsheet
- Manage and nurture relationships with key export accounts and corporate buyers.
- Devise and implement strategies to boost orders, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Should have an eye for converting aesthetic and trendy samples to commercially viable products with keeping its aesthetic value alive fairly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely product delivery and maintain quality standards.
- Strategically manage inventory levels and optimize product assortment based on market demands.
- Should follow company T&A and keep communication flow transparent for reporting and handovers.
