Position: Senior Recruiter (Non IT)

Office Location: Chikhli, Pune

Desired Qualification: Post graduate with HR specialization

Experience: 5-7 Years

Preferred Industrial background: Manufacturing/Project based organization

 Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy & develop effective tools, methods etc. to align with the TA goals of the organization

 Produce and update job specifications and descriptions

 Post job ads on the companys website, social media channels, and relevant job boards

 Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks

 Reviewing 7 evaluating resumes and screening candidates

 Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers

 Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates

 Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

 Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates skills, knowledge, and experience

 Follow up with successful candidates and update the companys internal records

 Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process

 Consult with senior business and HR leaders on critical talent gaps and drive an effective and efficient talent strategy in support of the business.

 Drive a strong talent assessment process and rigor.

 Present ongoing requisition updates both written and verbally to the HR Business Partner, Controller, and Business leaders.

 Network, source, and build a talent pipeline with industry leaders assess them and ultimately attract the highest skilled and credentialed professionals to join

 Be the primary negotiator and closer to selected candidates.

 Create a diversity sourcing strategy for the designated business groups; this includes building strong external partnerships with diverse associations.

 Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.

 Prepare/Maintain MIS reports
