*Main Purpose:**
As a Counsellor ,your primary objective is to drive sales for our training programs by effectively communicating the value proposition to potential candidates.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conducting sales activities for the training program.
- Achieving monthly sales targets ranging from 15k to 25k.
- Embracing a hybrid work model based in Vile Parle.
- Handling inquiries and providing information about the training programs.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication.
- Implementing incentive-driven strategies to enhance performance.
**Outcomes of Position:**
Successful candidates will contribute to the growth of our training programs, meet or exceed sales targets, and build strong connections with potential participants.
**Competencies:**
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Previous experience in the service industry or telecalling.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confidence and accuracy in interactions.
- Ability to connect with people effectively.
