Job Overview


We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in retail management.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a retail store manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and oversee the entire store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Hire, train, and supervise store staff to ensure they deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to make informed business decisions.
  • Prepare sales reports, financial statements, and other relevant documentation as required.
