Job Overview
We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in retail management.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Hire, train, and supervise store staff to ensure they deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to make informed business decisions.
- Prepare sales reports, financial statements, and other relevant documentation as required.
