Customer Service:
- Welcome and seat guests politely, take their orders, and make sure they're happy.
- Solve any problems customers have quickly and make sure they leave satisfied.
- Staff Management:
- Lead the waitstaff team, giving them tasks and making sure they do a good job.
- Help new staff learn the ropes and keep everyone up to date on restaurant rules.
Operations:
- Keep track of food and supplies, and make sure everything is clean and tidy.
- Work with the kitchen to make sure food comes out on time and looks good.
- Reservations:
- Manage reservations and make sure everyone gets seated smoothly.
- Handle walk-in customers and keep track of available tables.
- Money Handling:
- Take payments from customers and make sure everything adds up correctly.
- Keep an eye on sales and costs to help the restaurant run well financially.
Requirements:
- Experience in restaurants or customer service is helpful.
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to lead a team and stay calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food and drinks is a plus.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
