Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base, employing a strong understanding of the real estate market.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to prospective clients through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing them with information on our projects and offers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Planet Greens offerings to effectively present benefits and features to clients.
  • Site Visits: Arrange and accompany clients on site visits, offering a personalized experience and addressing queries.
  • Negotiation & Closure: Manage the sales process from inquiry to closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Documentation: Assist clients with required documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, and keep track of sales targets and achievements.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
