Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate - Property Management professional to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This role requires a mid-level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate properties in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth within our company.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in property management, preferably with mid-level experience
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in property management software and MS Office applications

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the overall operations of assigned real estate properties
  • Coordinate with tenants to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
  • Assist in the leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain tenants
  • Oversee property maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection and expense tracking
  • Negotiate and enforce lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, including tenant communications and financial transactions
  • Stay updated with local real estate market trends and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for property optimization and value enhancement
