Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate - Property Management professional to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This role requires a mid-level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate properties in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience in property management, preferably with mid-level experience

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of assigned real estate properties
- Coordinate with tenants to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Assist in the leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain tenants
- Oversee property maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection and expense tracking
- Negotiate and enforce lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, including tenant communications and financial transactions
- Stay updated with local real estate market trends and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for property optimization and value enhancement
