Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA automation testing
• Strong proficiency in Cypress, playwright, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience in developing and executing test cases
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Familiarity with Selenium and other automated testing frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using Cypress, playwright, and other automation tools
• Execute and debug automated test scripts to ensure they are functioning correctly
• Identify and report software defects and track them to resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective testing strategies
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Conduct manual testing when required and provide feedback on the usability and functionality of the software
• Participate in code and design reviews to identify potential quality issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to automated testing
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and methodology
