The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and services developed by the company. They will work closely with the engineering team, product designers, and product managers to identify and resolve quality issues, as well as design and execute testing strategies and plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the highest levels of software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Conducting manual testing, especially for edge cases or exploratory testing.
- Identifying and reporting defects and tracking them through to resolution.
- Work closely with the product team to understand and verify product requirements and ensure that they are being met.
Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual.
- Ability to design and execute test cases, understand the requirements and acceptance criteria and generate test data as needed.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or any related field.
