Job Overview
DCS Group is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the organization. This is a full-time position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. The successful candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in project management and will be an invaluable asset to our team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on-time and within budget.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for continuous learning and professional development.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in industrial projects will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather project requirements and develop project plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Manage project resources, including budget allocation, and ensure efficient utilization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Implement project management best practices and streamline processes for increased efficiency.
- Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts, or bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends, project management methodologies, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management professionals.

Experience- Min. 10+ yrs in Building Projects /Industrial / Power Plant Construction Project Handling.
Responsibilities -
To plan and supervise a wide range of projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
To organize and oversee the procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
Supervise the work of laborers, etc. and give them guidance when needed.
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
