Job Description
Project Manager who has relevant experience in managing Projects in the GRC realm with cross functional stakeholders spread out in multiple locations. Candidates who have worked in captives or Tier 1/2 Global Service Provider organizations, would be preferred.
Tasks:
- Publish and centrally maintain a detailed plan for Trust Office (GRC) projects
- Track progress with Trust office, Security, IT and Business team against the published plan
- Identify and maintain the necessary control level stakeholders
- Communicate and arrange necessary discussions and meetings as per the plan
- Collate risks and issues to the project and escalate as needed
- Maintain necessary documentation in central repository
- Dashboard and metrics/progress reporting
- Support Vendor management
Skill set :
- Expertise in project management practices and methodologies
- Plan and manage cross-functional Projects
- Stakeholder management and against the agreed plan
- Manage three Concurrent projects
- Basic knowledge of Cyber security and compliance projects
- Tracking and Reporting
