Job Responsibilities:


  1. Understand the customer needs and produce ideal solutions
  2. Effective requirements elicitation
  3. Impact assessment
  4. Identify solutions to business requirements/problems and validate with technical teams/designers
  5. Conduct market research, competitor research to check the solution fit
  6. Ensure solution fits the purpose and aligns with the overall product strategy
  7. Ensure solution is reviewed and approved by the Product owner
  8. Documentation of requirements
  9. Effective break down of user stories
  10. Defining clear acceptance criteria
  11. Ensure user stories are reviewed and approved by Product owner
  12. Validate against DOR before making stories ready for development
  13. Ensure the UX/UI designs are in place
  14. Brief the requirements to UX/UI designers
  15. Review the design proposals and ensure the designs are aligned with the user stories
  16. Participation in grooming sessions
  17. Walk through of the requirements and solution to implementation team
  18. Provide clarifications from implementation team
  19. Review the product implementation and demo to stakeholders
  20. Review the implementation during each iteration and provide feedback to implementation teams
  21. Demo the product features to stakeholders
  22. Prepare product documentation
  23. Work closely with technical writer (if applicable) and ensure the product documentation is adequate. Prepare product documentation if technical writer is not available
  24. Product understanding
  25. Excellent understanding of the product and ability to work independently
  26. Able to demonstrate the product features to stakeholders at any given point
