Hiring an experienced Procurement Manager with Civil Engineering and 6 to 10 years' experience in procurement for corporate interior projects. You will oversee daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments, Vendor negotiations for maximum productivity.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products to confirm quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.
  • Maintaining the relationships with the clients.
  • Thoroughly checking and comparing the proposals and specifications.
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
  • Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development
  • Provide training and support to the team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.


Minimum Requirement:

  • B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering with 6 to 10 years' experience in procurement.
  • A proven record of accomplishment in the Procurement department with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial-level position especially in Real estate.
  • Have a strong background in interior fit-out, Interior Design with Design Project Management, and Business Development exposure.
  • Possess strong leadership qualities and a proactive nature in communication and interaction.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language
