Must have around 5 years of working in building design industry.
As a Plumbing & Firefighting Draughtsman you would be required to undertake the following -
Responsibilities:
1. Plumbing system layout of -
- Toilet Detail layout
- Water Supply, Drainage
- Water supply schematic diagram
- Drainage schematic diagram
- WTP, STP, ETP & RO system diagram
- Plant room layout
- Tank puddle flange details
- External ( storm & sewage services )
2. Fire Protection system layout -
- Floor layout ( Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire extinguisher )
- Internal Hydrant & external hydrant system
- Fire schematic diagram
- Fire submission drawing prepare
- Plant room details working or piping layout
- Puddle flange layout.
Coordination of MEP services (FPS, PHE, Electrical & HVAC).
