Job Overview
Dreamcast is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Manager specializing in Exhibitions and Event Tech for our Mumbai location. This full-time role requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize event operations, ensuring seamless execution while contributing to memorable event experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Event Operations Management, Exhibition Planning, and Event Coordination skills
- Experience in managing cashless payment systems, turnstile access, and check-in procedures
- Strong proficiency in utilizing event CRM systems and AI matchmaking tools
- Knowledge of content streaming technologies and 3D virtual environment creation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work well under pressure
- Experience in the events industry or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a relevant field
