Main Purpose:

The Office Admin Head will be responsible for efficiently managing day-to-day office activities, including facility management, venue bookings, team coordination, and ensuring a smoothly operating office environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting the organization's functions.


Responsibilities:

Facility Management:

       Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office premises.

       Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

Venue Bookings:

       Coordinate and arrange venues for meetings, events, and training sessions as required.

Team Coordination:

       Lead and manage a team of office support staff.

       Ensure seamless coordination among team members for efficient office operations.
