<ul><li>A strong background in animation and video editing is a must.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of tools</li><li>Should be able to meet deadlines</li><li>Has good knowledge of animation principles, design, composition, character design, staging, video editing and timing</li><li>Must know or have knowledge about 2D/3D animation&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in working on social media&nbsp;</li><li>Must have prior experience</li><li>Has a good taste for design and customer approach</li><li>Minimum 6 months of experience strategically managing a video or animation with or without a team. </li></ul>
