Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for devising and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with 7 to 10 years of experience
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
  • Manage all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
