Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver electrical projects, acting as the MEP design leader on the Project and SPOC.
- Develop optimal design solutions through early stage, analysis and developing strategy for electrical design.
- Lead diverse teams to deliver projects on schedule and within the budget.
- Laise with MEP and Management Leadership on project progress, risks, and commercial standing.
- Ensure compliance with local Authority and Green building requirements.
- Manage client presentations, team assembly, Manage resources on the Project and within the Electrical team.
- Make sure QA policy is adopted in the project across all the services.
Engineering Functions:
Establish design strategies, design options studies, review team deliverables and prepare technical notes and DBR.
Demonstrate comprehensive technical competences from Concept to Construction techniques, risk assessment and Claim assessment.
Should have detail CAD knowledge and Revit/Navisworks Knowledge.

Qualifications:
BE/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering with 12-15 years of experience on Projects in India ( ME project experience will be an added advantage)
Design Experience on High Rise Tower, Hospitals, Shopping Malls, Commercial Tower/IT parks.
Revit/Navis work Knowledge.
