Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Jr Site Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Jr Site Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction projects and ensuring they are completed successfully. This is a full-time position located in Satara, Maharashtra, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial projects and construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks
- Proficient in using construction software and tools
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects
- Inspect and evaluate the site conditions, identifying any potential risks or issues
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and report any deviations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Assist in resolving any construction-related problems or conflicts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports
- Provide support in conducting quality control inspections

Job Description
1. Execution of projects as per given drawing with the best quality work.
2. Assisting in material procurement.
3. Housekeeping, material management at site.
4. Preparing running bills/JMR/MB in given periods.
5. Prepare COP for the payments of vendors and labours.
6. Detailed drawing reading, estimation, preparation of Boq, MOC.
7. Infrastructure development work, like residential colony ,road work , Rcc structural work , Rcc
drain, industrial structures etc.
