Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as an International Chat Process. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions. This is a full-time position based in Malad, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an International Chat Process or similar customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of chat process and customer service best practices
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
  • Experience using live chat software or CRM systems is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions or resolutions through live chat interactions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for further assistance
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
