Implementation Manager Job Description We are seeking Implementation Managers to join our fast-paced and high-intensity work environment in Bangalore. You will play a vital role in achieving our Mission 2025, which is to transform the way learning is delivered by impacting 1 million+ children annually. Our ultimate vision is to democratize quality early education. As an integral part of our growing Delivery Team, you will contribute to our mission to expand from our current set of 1200 partner schools to 7000+ schools by 2025. Responsibilities: Client Support: Own the on-boarding, and support function of Kreedo once the deal is closed by sales and BD team Maintain relationship with the partners by providing support, information and guidance while at the same time recommending new opportunities and service improvements Collect constant feedback from the partners and work with Kreedos internal teams to lay down the requirements and enhancements required Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams Cross sell Kreedos new or other products to the existing customers to improve ARPU (average revenue per user) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed objectives Desired Profile: Experience: 0-1 yrs of experience in customer relationship management Education: Any Graduation Language Preference: English, Hindi, Marathi Desire to build a career in Early Childhood Education Willingness to travel Understanding of financial and banking transaction flows Attributes required to be successful in this role: Excellent Team management skills Customer Servicing skills Good verbal & oral communication skills Problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task Is self-driven and proactive About Us Kreedo partners with budget private schools and preschools and transforms the way learning is delivered in early years.
