Job Overview


We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as ICS - International Customer Support. As an ICS, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our international clients. This role is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is ideal for individuals with less 0 [Fresher] to 3 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional customer support to international clients via voice services.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes and products.
