We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Verifitech Services - India. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter
- Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations for each job position
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen and shortlist resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent
