Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Executive. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Daman, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are handled efficiently
  • Assist with the check-in and check-out process
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
  • Handle incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
  • Provide support during busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the front desk
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
