Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Operator to join our team. The Field Operator will be responsible for various tasks, including negotiating prices in markets, ensuring product quality, and managing return policies. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for market trends and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Market Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive prices for products while maintaining quality standards.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
Return Policy Management: Manage and execute the company's return policy efficiently, handling returns and exchanges in accordance with established guidelines.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and improve negotiation tactics.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transactions, quality assessments, and returns for reporting and analysis purposes.
Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to relay market feedback, quality concerns, and contribute to improving overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in negotiating prices and conducting market transactions.
Strong understanding of quality assessment methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
