Responsibilities
As the Team Leader for DELIVERY EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT, you will be at the helm of building and nurturing a skilled team of riders to serve our client's dedicated store. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and recruiting talented riders who align with our client's specific requirements and culture.
- Collaborating closely with our client to understand their needs and ensure seamless onboarding of riders.
- Leading by example and motivating the team to achieve delivery targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Driving the daily live percentage of riders under your leadership to optimize delivery efficiency and reliability.
- Following up with Rider And Ensure Rider are Active
- Manage EV Bikes Riders Fleet Of the Assigned Territory
