Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team at Ffkart. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wholesale grocery items to restaurants, grocery shops, kirana stores, local traders, and distribution companies in Bangalore. This is a full-time position with a Junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years). The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of field sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our wholesale grocery items and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by effectively presenting and promoting our products
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers on product features and benefits
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market demands
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
