Job Overview


We are hiring Field Sales Executives to join our team at Integrated Personnel Services Limited. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and driving sales in the assigned territory. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and retail sales
  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including regular visits and follow-ups
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the designated timeframe
  • Provide feedback to the management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities
