Hiring for Facility Manager for a leading managed office space provider for North Bangalore location. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overlooking all aspects of Technical and soft services along with allied services.
- Should be responsible for managing all existing & new contracts, retention of the existing business, and establishing of the portfolio, reputation, and image of the organization.
- Maintaining relationships with clients.
- Develop strong relationships with inter-departments.
- Good command over employees safety and safe work methods under any circumstances
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development
- Provide training and support to the team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
- Oversee and ensure all the operations and maintenance of critical and noncritical Equipment
Minimum Requirement:
- B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering(must)
- A proven record of accomplishment in the Facility department with a minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in a management level position especially in Real estate.
- Have a strong background in Technical & Soft Skills.
- Possess strong leadership qualities and a proactive nature in communication and interaction.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language (English, Marathi and Hindi)
