Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Delivery Service. As a Delivery Service, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India, with a preference for candidates with less than 1 year of experience. The role also involves working night shifts. The ideal candidate should have a valid two-wheeler driving license and possess skills in delivery, production coordination, and support for album making.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid two-wheeler driving license
- Experience in delivery services or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Familiarity with Cochin and surrounding areas
- Ability to work night shifts
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with the production team to prepare orders for delivery
- Plan and organize delivery routes to optimize efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any delivery-related issues
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines while operating the delivery vehicle
- Assist with loading and unloading of products as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
