Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Collection Executive at United Healthcares. As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the collection process to ensure timely payment from our customers. This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in New Delhi. The salary range for this position is competitive and will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a Collection Executive or similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using collection software and MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in records
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of collection laws and regulations is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and coordinate the collection process to ensure timely payment from customers
  • Contact customers via phone calls, emails, and letters to follow up on outstanding payments
  • Resolve any payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and update customer information in the database
  • Prepare and send out collection notices and invoices to customers
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts receivable and provide reports on collection activities
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address customer payment issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections
