Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a leadership role
- Malayalam fluency is must
- Strong knowledge of operational excellence and strategy in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing hospital operations
- Excellent business acumen and ability to analyze market research
- Demonstrated experience in business development and expanding healthcare services
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of health care operations and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the hospital, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to maximize efficiency and quality of healthcare services
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the hospital's vision, mission, and strategic goals
- Manage and optimize resource allocation, including budgeting, staffing, and equipment procurement
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure and improve the hospital's performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and patients
- Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
