Maintaining Weekly / Monthly reports of BD team and analysis .
Internal coordination with Technical / projects/service/ sales Team.
Regular follow up on QT Enquiries and analysis.
Company presentation to the clients and Working on Dealers.
To Register/Log Projects with architects/PMCs/builders.- Monitoring.
Generating the leads / Opportunities/ orders and develop a complete understanding of customer segments. Will be responsible for order closing in support with the sales team.
Scrutinizing & Understanding Client Requirement & Allocating Enquiries to sales team
Maintaining fruitful relationship with key accounts & achieving customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitors offering and prices.
Searching for new upcoming projects all over India.
To Register/Log Projects with architects/PMCs/builders.
Market Research, Identifying potential clients/projects. Implementing strategies/policies and reaching out to the unexplored market segment.
Organizing technical presentations for new product development; resolving the technical & commercial queries raised by customers.
Handle promotion activity such as Exhibition, seminar, presentation, mass mailing, and promotional calls
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Prepare / Maintain MIS reports
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Maintaining contact database
Excellent verbal and written communication capacity. Proficiency in English.
