We are hiring for manufacturing Industrial Perfumes, Flavours and Herbal Extracts and Essential Oils over 1000 different Perfumes and Flavours have been developed over years.

Sales of fragrances/ Flavours/ Essential Oils to FMCG companies  (Home Care/ Personnel Care/ Health Care/ Food )

Requirements

 Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs and building and maintaining client relationships.

 Proficiency in English

 Excellent knowledge of MS Office

 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

 Fast learner and passion for sales

 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

 Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

 Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

 Achieving sales target

 Acquiring Key Customers with Nation Wide Presence

 Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

 Achieving customer satisfaction by making a proactive presentation about current market trends, upcoming product concepts and new products in line with their core business and also by providing pre/ post-sales assistance.

 Achieving business growth through identifying and penetrating new markets

 Delivering customised fragrances by working with the R&D department to develop offerings in line with customer-specific briefs.

 Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

 Understanding various aspects of customer requirements. Seeing the business through the eyes of internal and external customers. Makes concrete attempts in addressing customers problems

 Anticipating needs and schedule work effectively. Reviewing plans and measuring progress regularly.

 Internal Evaluation of Fragrances. Categorization of Fragrances for Different Application

 Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

 Collaborate with team to achieve better results
