Job description of Brand Marketing Head
To Design , Plan and execute, result oriented brand and marketing activities to meet customer needs
To initiate and support Sales initiatives for improving business and Brand Visibility
To track and observe competition activities in the market and share with Business Owners to implement strategic decisions
Collaborate with sales and operations team to device and implement various BTL / ATL activities to improve market share
Devise time to time customer survey to understand shift in preferences and brand affinity
Monitor and design , content and production of all brand marketing collaterals and communications
Devising effective communication and brand marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions
Planning and strategizing various promotional activities from time to time and to participate in various events, conferences, trade fairs etc. to increase brand presence
Device various camps and other health promotions to improve rural penetration
Defining key metrices of various result-oriented marketing and communication activities evaluate the results from time to time with dashboards
Plan execute a highly effective and optimized digital strategy.
