We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate billing data, ensuring timely invoicing, and resolving any billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of billing processes, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in billing or financial roles
- Strong knowledge of billing processes and best practices
- Proficiency in using billing software and tools

Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely billing data based on client specifications
- Maintain billing records and ensure they are up to date
- Identify and investigate any billing discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing-related problems
- Communicate with clients regarding billing-related inquiries or concerns
- Provide support during audits and assist in preparing financial reports

Experience- Min. 5+ yrs in construction industry
Responsibilities -
To plan and supervise a wide range of projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
To organize and oversee the procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
Supervise the work of laborers, etc. and give them guidance when needed.
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Client interaction & Management
Requirements
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
Good knowledge of MS Office
Well versed in communication in English
Outstanding negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with leadership abilities
PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
