Indus Group Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BENCH SALES RECRUITER to join our team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and placing technologically skilled candidates for our clients on projects across various industries. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Good understanding of the IT industry and technology trends
  • Familiarity with visa types and work authorization processes
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and engage with potential candidates for bench sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and qualifications
  • Match candidates to appropriate job requirements
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with candidates
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their staffing needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate successful placements
