Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Indus Group Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for client requirements. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT consulting projects
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including technologies, roles, and market trends
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to build and maintain a strong network of candidates
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events
- Screen candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for client requirements
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements
- Prepare and submit candidates for client interviews, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback
- Negotiate rates and terms of employment with candidates and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
- Track and report recruitment metrics to management
