Job Overview


We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in E-Commerce to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a BDM - E Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales growth and maximize revenue. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the E-Commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the E-Commerce landscape, including platforms, technologies, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients in the E-Commerce industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market developments related to E-Commerce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
