Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role
- Strong financial and analytical skills to prepare and present data
- Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to understand and analyze business needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitask

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals
- Actively manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present financial data and reports to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and delivery of services
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
- Participate in business development activities to expand the client base
